Sukses ga makan siang kemarin cuma minum yg banyak, malamnya ga jadi makan ayam hehehejadinya buat telor 2 buah+daun bawang+daging rendang+bubuk kari trus sama kol dan bumbu siomay tanpa kecap dan rebusan tahu 3 buah buat nambah protein

Hari ini rencana puasa lagi makannya malam hari
101 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.2 kg a Week
