Kemaren intermitent fasting terakhir makan jam 12 malam baru makan jam 8 malam overall rasa lapar tidak mengebu2 kalau terasa lapar dikit hajar minum. Untuk asupan air sekitar 3-4l
101.8 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
