I've gained weight because of the Christmas holidays. I'm glad they are over now down to business. I got a Zumba wii and I did some last night and loved it so maybe it will work I'm going to try to do a hour a day. Also get back on the low carb. diet I'm going to try and eat meat the rest of the week and salads to get off what I gained.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
