Well this change in diet seems to be working. I am already down a few lbs from my lowest weight at the end of December. Very good. My initial goal is 170 lbs however I will have to see how the body looks once I get there and then re-evaluate. I might go to 165.
In any case 181 has to put me down to what I weighed nearly a decade ago so that makes me very happy and I am so close to being in the 170s again which I don't think I have seen since the 1990's
