Ok so I am now working full time and going to school full time. So I have been completely off of my diet for the past few weeks.
However change is in the air. I am switching to the Medifast diet. Two people at my work are on it. One has lost nearly 50 lbs in 3 1/2 months and the other has lost about 15 lbs in 3 weeks.
My biggest problem between work school and kids is having time to make food and eat it. Being on the Medifast diet should fix the situation.
I am hoping to get down to 170 lbs by mid March. It is only about 15 lbs so it shouldn't be to hard to do.
