I am not doing as good as I wish I were.
109.1 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 45.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

Are you following the plan? Can you think of anything someone here could advise you with or help you out with. This is a great site so full of wonderful information. Hang in there!!!

Well - you might not be doing as well as you wish you were - but your chart shows a weight loss - something to be very proud of! One thought would be to post your daily food journal online - you are recording what you have eaten and are accountable for. Think positive thoughts about what you have done so far and the healthier food choices you are now making. You can do it!

Yes! You are losing, that is great! The next bite is a chance to make a better decision towards a healthier you. You can do it! Plan our the next day or meal and make it taste GOOD and be GOOD for you. Let us know if we can help or answer any questions. :)

Sometimes your body has to adjust to it's new weight, just stick to your plan and wait out the plateu. Let me know if there is anything I can help with.

Thank you all so much. I just fel I am eating stuff I shouldn't be and I can't help myself. I was anorexic in highschool and I have to be very careful because I want to starve myself again.

Ten pounds in a month, if I read the chart correctly, is pretty fast. If you go much faster than that it may not even be safe. You are doing great IMO.

I lost the 10 pounds on phase 1 of South Beach, I forgot the date I started and its not right in here but I can't remember the date. The first phase says you can lose 7-14 pounds so I thought 10 was good.

Thanks everyone, I have been neglecting to drink enough water, I have to work on that again. That is part of my problem, I am dehydrated too much.
