Trying to get thinner the proper way. I was anorexic in highschool so I know how to starve myself. I am trying my best to eat and lose weight at the same time without having to resort to not eating at all. It's so important that I can do this without starving my body. I stopped eating processed foods, junk food, sugar and anything else that isn't good for me. I do have "bad" food once in a while as a treat but I no longer use it daily.
