I've got my period- so ANY weight loss this week was going to be a win !

I'm also going to keep an eye on the types of food I'm eating- and try to get my fat content down.
109 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
