I had a good week this week. We went to Italy 2 weeks ago and I enjoyed the food and wine there but did loads of sight seeing and walking arrived home on the friday and then got stuck into the Wii fit and managed to lose 2lbs by the wednesday weigh-in, Last week was full on, Wii fit 40 minutes every morning, catched up on TV whilst having 30 minutes on the step board catching up with Top Gear, Made Soup on the Sunday all fresh veg so very little calories, 2 x tins chopped tomatoes, 2x large carrots 2 x Onions, 3 sticks of celery, packet of dried noodles, 100g red lentils, 2 pints of water simmer it down and blend it , had it every lunch (added chillies one day,garlic salt the next and Soya sauce the next) then used the Soup for a curry base On monday night added prawns, green peppers and onion and curry powder and some Chili paste Cheap and Low Calorie. Started the 22Kill challenge on here and started sit ups as well been a good week, 3 stone now gone in 12 weeks
117.7 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 35.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
