I am glad that today is my rest day because it is TOM. Because of recent hectic schedule, including family visits, my body cycle is messed up, and I missed the timing to take medication for cramps... Despite of the surgery I had six years ago, the cramp is getting worse again. I hate it...

54.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
