I only ate the TOP bun for my 2 roast beef Arby sandwiches last night but am not sure how to SUBTRACT portions of an item from the calorie counter.
Still trying to do better & better about how much I eat in the evenings; which is where I really fall down on my food consumption & go overboard!
Still supposed to be on modified bedrest for my pregnancy but I'm trying to be a LITTLE more active but it's difficult being THIS pregnant! (34 1/2 weeks)
89.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
