Although I had a "Big Mac" for dinner last night, I removed the center bun & some of the sauce; added a piece of sharp cheddar cheese & gave 1/3 of it to Payden.
We had microwaved crinkle-cut fries, NOT deep fried from McD.
This morning's 2 egg & cheese McMuffins: I only ate ONE of the 1 slices of muffin for each, saving the other half of both muffins for a snack later in the day perhaps.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
