finally under 120! Had to do sone extreme calorie cuts! 900-750cals a day! Now Im gonna start working out and running, feeling motivated
54.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Please be careful cutting to such a low intake of calories. Focus on eating larger quantities of low calorie f/v so you're body has fuel to burn once you start running. Congrats on getting closer to your goal! Just please be safe :) it's not how long it takes to reach your weight goal, just that you reach it and maintain it.

I use a UK net calorie calculator that tajes into account my age, BMI, activity level etc. To loose 1lb a week I dropped to the suggested 900kcal, once I no longer felt hungry at that intake, I lowered to the suggested 750kcal to loose 2lbs a week. Nor am I even hungry, I will increase my intake once I have a daily excersise regimen. Thanks fir the feedback
