Well I keep gaining weight and I don't know why. I've been going to the gym for 3 months and have gained 6lbs and I have gained 4.5 inchesI am going to stop the gym and just start walking and try to get in 10,000 steps in at least 3-4 times a week and c what happens. Oh and I have been eating right at 1200-1300 cals. a day.
