As far as food I did excellent. I did have a couple of drinks Friday and Saturday night and got talls with soda water and sipped them and made them last - so instead of having a bunch just a couple each night suited me fine and doing well. No problems with not drinking when there's no occasion so the rest of induction should be a breeze.... Need to do a better job of having some meat snacks in the pantry that don't need cooking....
