Dieting: I've never really dieted before.... Just tried to be cautious of putting to much junk in my mouth. However, as I get older it's not enough. I have a history of some very large ladies in my family as well as diabetes. I don't look like I have a weight problem, but as time has moved on, I am 15-20 lbs heavier than I should be, 150, and I want to do something about it before it becomes a problem and I can live in a way that it won't become a problem. I don't want to spend the second half of my life on a diet, I want to enjoy it and learn to eat in a way that my body and myself love!
