So I had surgery last week and just tossed everything out the window for the week. I was on medication and ate whenever my stomach would let me. It's so funny that when you feel sick, all your body wants are carbs. Noodle soup, bread, crackers. Once I felt better I had a big LAST SUPPER involving cheesecake for dessert!

I am re-starting my 2 week phase 1 today!

It is so true about being sick. I just think our minds are sooo use to the comfort foods our mom's gave us to feel better. Mine would be mash potatoes or chicken noodle soup and a pb sandwich.
