Gettin' back aboard the strict diet program...been slacking the last month or two and am ready to get these last 6 lbs off by the end of the month!! I know I can do it, and I'm going to!!! Starting today!!
59.4 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
