Increasing the amount of fat calories in my diet to target 40% or less calories from carbohydrates. It goes against all I have learned over the last 10 years in dieting.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
