Today I am up a pound, but I will not be discouraged. I am exercising, eating well, and drinking my water. PMS and body shock is causing the issues right now. However, I am losing inches, feel tons better, have no joint pain, have a positive mindset, and am just plain happy. :)
127.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 48.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
