Well considering I cheated some for three days for the Christmas time and I have a net gain/loss I am quite happy. I also stopped writing all my food down to see if I could still lose weight. I know what I should be eating and really that is the point. If over the next two weeks I can still lose weight I will not write my foddds down any more.
