not a great way to start the month. it was from poor eating choices and lack of motivation to do anything.
so I have set a mini goal of reaching 132.5 by the 29th of February.
However I must remind myself that this is a new day and a new month. if I put my mind to succeed at this I will. visualize the loss and do the positive steps to make that vision come to fruition. :)
hope everyone has a safe and healthy week ahead.
