Decent workout this morning with weights. I had to cut the elliptical stepper back to only 15 minutes because I was running a bit late. I've been able to follow the diet fairly well today, and it feels good to finally be back on track.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
