I've been doing a lot of travel which means that I have not often made the best food choices. My efoort to stay routine is hampered by a nagging achilles injury from my frequent runs. I vow to get back on track 100% after this meeting. I am stronger than my food demon. I will take a moment before deciding during the rest of this meeting. Stsy in the fight!
