Well I've been working out for a month now no weight loss but I did loose a inch in my measurments this month. I'm not giving up if I loose inches and not weight that's just as good.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
