You need to move on to OWL.
Remember that you are supposed to loose the majority of your weight on OWL. Pre-maintenance starts 10#s from goal weight. That means that you only have 7#s to loose on OWL.
If you don't move on, and do OWL correctly, I can guarentee that you will gain it all back and be doing this again in a few years. You need to learn how to eat correctly for the rest of your life, not just to take the weight off fast.
Also, the more times you yo-yo diet, the harder it is to take off..and the older you are the harder it is.
Get everything out of this plan that you can.
