Is it from going out with friends? Going over to friend's houses for BBQs and such? Or just lack of acceptable foods at home? If it's the first two, plan ahead. If you're going out to a restaurant, look at their menu ahead of time and know what you're going to get that is going to be both low carb and filling. If you're going to a friend's house, bring some food with you to share! That way you know exactly what went into it, so there is nothing to worry about. If it's the last problem, no acceptable foods around the house, then that's just setting yourself up for failure. Go grocery shopping (even if youre wife does it usually) for munchies that will keep you on track during the weekend!
