Still stuck at 149. Guess I'm gonna have to ramp up the exercise.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You have only been the same weight for a few days, it's very normal. You might stay the same for a week then drop a few pounds. Our bodies work in weird ways. Just stay on plan and amping up the exercise couldn't hurt either.
