Hopped on the elliptical today--I've got to get some exercise! Exhausted after 2 1/2 minutes, but stayed on for 20 minutes total. Some of it was pretty slow, but at least it happened.
68.3 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
