Well, it was Thanksgiving last week. I tried to mainly drink shakes earlier in the week so I could indulge in TG dinner and left overs. I set the table with small plates and just took a small spoonful of this and that. I was only able to eat half of what was on the plate. I ate the left overs the next day (and the next).
Then we went out to a concert and had dinner & dessert on Sunday evening. Plus, we had a pretzel at lunch (one of those big doughy ones. I had half and hubby had the rest.)
So, to be 172 on the first of December made me happy!
