I seem to be stuck at 150, but given the hormonal things this week, I am not surprised! Am sticking to the Atkins plan and feel fine--pants are getting looser! Busy week this week, so hopefully I can remember to drink lots of water.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
