Well, I suppose I'm back. I took a leave for some personal reasons and honestly it didn't pan out the way I was hoping for it to do. I wasn't even going to try to come back to this site yet today I let curiosity win. I went through my mail here and seen a message or two from back when I took leave. I want to really thank you, (you know who you are) and to do so publically. Your words meant something special to me when I needed it the most.
I did pretty well the first month or so I lost down to 290 then became out of control while facing some fierce demons in my life and began to binge eat and turning to food for comfort. I have since went up to 303 and I know I must stop and reverse this direction.
137.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
