I have been doing WW for a week now, again taking a break from Atkins. I had a neutral week - no change. I have been exercizing more and meticulously following the program, so I am not concerned. I will do one more week on WW, knowing that I will continue to go slow. Then, back to Atkins for a few weeks.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

I would like to change from Atkins for awhile but I have always heard if you change diets, you will possibly gain weight. Your system has to re-ajust again. Good luck with what you are doing. dharper 1

I am so sorry that I haven't responded to your comment before. Actually, taking a break from Atkins and doing another planned program like WW, I do not gain weight - I lose very little, but it's still in the right direction and gives me a couple of weeks off - then I'm ready to go back on Atkins, at which time I usually have a really good drop the first week back. Look at my "complete history" and note that I have only had two gains since May. Both when I was traveling and did not follow as closely to either program as I normally would.
