Thought it was about time to weigh in - wow - can't believe how the time has zipped by! Anyway, my weight has remained stable. I'm down a bit but go back and forth by about 2-3 pounds. I really feel like I have a handle on the weight thing this time around. It's about time - I have been struggling all my life. Something has definitely changed for me though and I really feel that I will never be overweight again. Altogether I have lost almost 95 pounds. It's been over two years since I started on this journey and it is so very worthwhile. To all - hang in there. Don't wait until you're old like me. Enjoy a thin body all your life!
