Weight is down just a little. I'm working out hard in the morning, trying to counteract the effects of eating out every night. Unfortunately I have another business dinner tonight.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
