walking around town hasn't helped my diet! I havent lost any :(
too many syns I think
didn't realse that jacket potatoes and beans were on the healthy optionm "B" list :( never mind learn from mistakes and you never know tommorrow I mighn't have lost!
61.2 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
