well I ve lost a few pounds and now Im on the right track going shopping today with my daughter for a dress for her wedding! I need to get my head into gear and eat extra healthy and try and drink loads of fresh WATER too to lear my skin x
61.3 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
