I had ice cream yesterday....it was good. At least I didn't gain!

82.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg. Still to go: 11.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i had 1 spoonful of ice cream but i flushed it out with water i am trying so very very hard its been 5 days since i have had a mt dew im so proud of my self.
