Well, its been a busy week so my excercise has gone out the window, but I've been running around constantly and too busy to snack. I've mostly stayed on the healthy side of eating - give or take green frog jube jubes and a packet of shared m and m's.
72.0 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
