I can fit into a pair of pants that were bought for me six months ago that I once couldn't fit over my hips!! I'm totally noticing all of the weight loss, and I'm so thrilled with my success!
Also - all other Atkineers - I found some low carb milk and jello makes a new mousse pudding that only has 4 net carbs and it is VERY good. Just sharing my exciting grocery store gems!
