totally went off track with 4th of july and trip to OH. Worked out today though :) Very happy, got up at 7am and got more done in 3 hours thatn I usually do in a day. haha
89.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
