I'm not supposed to be weighing in daily, but I check my weight EVERY morning and EVERY night. Not the healthiest habit, I know. Something to work on. Feeling happy though to find my numbers going down. I missed pilates this morning, but have had hour long walks in the evening. I will do stairmaster this PM in addition to a walk to keep the progress going. Thought if I put it on FS I'd hold myself more accountable because I don't want to be dishonest.😊

I try to weight myself daily but can't remember.

One benefit of weighing twice daily is you'll understand natural fluctuations really well (water, bowels, clothes). If you're weight training, it could be muscle esp if your waist stays the same or gets smaller.
