Another week of consistency. Not completely surprising that I had zero movement of the scale. Another weekend of NO ALCOHOL! Three weekends in a row may not seem like much to some, but for me its an accomplishment! Im headed camping next weekend so I will imbibe, but since it's planned I feel pretty great about it. Goals for next week include 30-45 mins walk after dinner, and 2 days of pilates in the morning, and 2-3 days of cardio in the pm. Hope your Father's Day has been a joyous one.
