Major changes Starting intermittent fasting. Eating window 8am -2pm Tuesday through Saturday. Keto with no dairy since it hurts my tummy. Sunday through Tuesday full water fast until I eat again on Tuesday at 8am. (If I can't make it I'll do bone broth) Fasted cardio in the morning. Since I have put on 11 lbs since I last did an official weigh in I decided to change my goal weight to 140lbs. Maybe just smaller goals to keep my motivation up. Only weighing in 1x per week to not get obsessive. Updating weekly so I can see my progress (with pictures just for myself)
