Hi there :) I understand how you feel, it is hard sometimes when the weight won't come off. I was looking at your food listed and have you tried lowering your carbs some more? Also Honey Bunches of Oats is not an acceptable food for Atkins. Especially if you are trying to lose weight. Not trying to preach here :) Just want to help if I can. It's nice to meet you!
