Finally, some real progress again! I noticed that I had been peeing a lot this week, much more than usual, especially in the middle of the night, which is rare for me. in addition, I suddenly picked up almost a full mile per hour average speed on my bike rides. so I've broken into the 260s, and I'm down 3.2 lb since last week. this is quite a pleasant turn of events. riding 52 miles per week and walking 8 miles per week and eating sticks and twigs is paying off again.😅

I am now lighter than I was as a sophomore in high school back in 1990.
121.9 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
