At least I'm holding steady & not GAINING. I just have to keep plugging away & being consistent with my EXERCISE & diet. I've been going for 2 10-20 minute walks each day M-F with a co-worker. I've also been taking the kids to more activities, getting me out & about rather than sitting on the couch. It has all definitely been helping, slowly but surely, but I need to RAMP IT UP!
