8 weeks and nearly 8lbs of weight loss. Pleased with the progress. Macros are pretty dialed in. Energy level is good. Have noticed a bit of muscle loss. Will increase some calories and monitor caloric deficit. In 8 weeks plan to stabilize weight for about 2-3 weeks and see if it’s appropriate to start some bulking. For now it’s one meal and workout at a time.
