58 year old male who enjoys exercising and eating healthy. But like most people, my fitness fluctuates according to life's trials, tribulations, and triumphs. I tend to get get super fit and sustain it for about 24 months and then life happens. The good thing is I know how to get lean, strong, increase mobility and flexibility. It's just a matter of accounting for my exercise and nutrition. I hope to use this application to document my activities and gain some inspiration from others as well as motivate and encourage others who seek to improve their physical appearance and overall health.
