This may be water weight loss due to a higher stressed week than usual. It’s a new low low but I anticipate weight leveling out and up a bit. And that’s the body reaching some state of equilibrium.
70.1 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
